Hello! My name is Michelle Craver and I am the solo lash artist behind Love of Eden Beauty. One of my favorite parts about being in the beauty industry is the genuine connections that I forge every single day while I get to make others feel like the best version of themselves. I've been a creative for as long as I can remember, channeling my vision into several different mediums; Photography, makeup artistry, writing, drawing, painting, music, and so on. And in November of 2022, my desire to create unforgettable experiences through art manifested itself through lash artistry. My ultimate goal with Love of Eden was to utilize my creative flow and my passion to help others by giving them the ability to visually experience themselves in a different way, a beautiful way. CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointments: All appointments are to be reserved with a credit card on file. Deposits: A non-refundable deposit of $40 is required to book a full set, this deposit will be applied to your service total. Cancellations: Any cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will forfeit their deposit (if applicable) and will be required to pay a cancellation/no-show fee equal to 65% of the service total before rebooking. No Call No Shows: You will be charged a no show fee equal to 65% of the service total. Should habitual no show, consistent late arrivals or habitual cancellations occur, services will no longer be provided. Late Policy: I allow a 15 minute grace period, if lateness surpasses the grace period given, your appointment will be cancelled and the no show fee will be charged to the card on file. You are welcome to reschedule, a deposit may be required. Please be courteous and let me know if you are running late. Fill Policy: You MUST have at least 50% of your lash extensions remaining to book a fill, anything less will be considered a full set. Your fills MUST be booked 2-3 weeks from your last appointment. Any fills booked past the 3 week mark are considered full sets and will be charged as such. Allergies: In the event of an allergic reaction to any of the products used during a service, please seek help from a medical professional, I do appreciate being notified as well. I do not offer refunds for allergic reactions but I will provide a removal free of charge once you are cleared to do so from your doctor.
